Clover from summer pastures, wildflower from open meadows, buckwheat from autumn fields. Our partner beekeepers harvest 6 of our 8 honeys across New York State, jarred raw, exactly as the hive made them.
Two single-origin guests round out the spectrum: Orange Blossom from Florida and Knotweed from North Dakota.
